Back to the hotel to freshen up and another fairly palatable meal before heading off to the pub for the Karaoke night.

Quite an eye opener…and eventually quite an ear opener as that incorrigible crooner Monaghan gave a suave rendition of Mac the Knife, and the Dudley Rock Steady Crew got the joint jumpin' in a sweaty swinging singalong. Many beers and many songs later we emerged from a lock-in, hoarse and happy, and ready for our beds.

Keep the weight slightly on the front foot.
