Tricky conditions aside, there were some pretty quirky holes
- have you EVER played on a golf course with a pylon in the MIDDLE
of the fairway? That has to be worth a mention in the Good Golf
Guide 2011.

(Well, the atmosphere must have been electric on this hole, LOL
- Ed.)
So as some very tired but very content golfers headed to the
clubhouse for well-deserved refreshments, the general talk was
of difficult lies, lost balls and poor scoring. Perhaps this left
the field open for a late challenge from a dark horse...?
Front runners from previous rounds, Johnson and Smith, saw a real
challenge from a very steady Harper, while last year's champ Graham
also mounted a late charge to push his way up the leaderboard.
